Two men, Mr Sharp and Mr Brookhouse, and 14-year-old child, who cannot be named due to his age, have appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court charged with the murder of Daniel McGuigan. The victim was attacked in Castlemilk last Friday and died at the scene. All three accused made no plea or declaration and were remanded in custody by Sheriff Miller. The three accused will also appear again at Glasgow Sheriff Court next week.
