Muhammad Hafeez, 38, was convicted for the rape of 2 teenage girls.
Mr Hafeez worked in the Central Shop on Union Street in Glasgow City Centre. The court heard how he took advantage of the first complainer by luring her into the back of his shop and making her feel threatened by his conduct.
The second complainer, who was victimised when Mr Hafeez was out on bail, was raped in a car after he offered to take her home following her visiting the shop. After she got in the car, he forced her into the back seats and had non-consensual sex with her.
He was sentenced to 9 years in prison.
