Barry Harvey, Darren Owen and Thomas Guthrie appeared at Glasgow High Court for a trial that continued on for 12 weeks. 

Harvey was convicted for the murder of Gary More. He had been paid a substantial sum of money to shoot Gary More on the 6th September 2018. He fired 9 shots and was described as being the ‘enforcer’ at the trial. The court heard that he used the funds he received for carrying out the shooting to go on holiday with his girlfriend and to get ‘turkey teeth.’

Darren Owen was convicted of the murder of Rafal Lyko. Owen was also involved in the attempted murder of Scott Bennett. 

Thomas Gurthie was convicted for the attempted murder of Scott Bennett. Guthrie was also convicted for the attempted murder of a solicitor that he slashed in July 2018 as the solicitor was leaving Glasgow Sheriff Court. He is currently serving a life sentence for being the getaway driver in the murder of Gary More.

A fourth individual, Thomas Wilson, appeared alongside the three convicted, but he was acquitted.
