Three boys all under the age of 15 were approached by a group of 8 youths in dark clothing were attacked.

One of the victims was stabbed which another left with lacerations to his ear and another been severely punched. 

Police have explained that they have reviewed CCTV footage and are making efforts to trace those responsible for the attack.
