Mr Wallace is accused of assaulting Canon Thomas White near St Alphonsus’ Church in Glasgow on 7th of July 2018. This attack is said to have taken place on the day of the Orange Walk as it passed the church in the city centre. The charge related to an assault that was aggravated by religious prejudice. Mr Wallace appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court last week from custody in a private hearing and was bailed.
